Will both items come together?
Usually yes, but sometimes they ship in two parcels. You'll get tracking for each one.
Can I swap one item?
Not for now. The kit is these two items. You can always buy either one separately.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available on most pincodes across India. For COD orders we'll send you a quick WhatsApp message to confirm before we ship, so please keep an eye out.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. You'll get a tracking link once it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
Please record a clear, uncut unboxing video when you open the parcel. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, WhatsApp us the video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. Without an unboxing video we can't accept damage claims.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Sorry, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only for items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong (with an unboxing video).
