Products & photos
We try our best to show products accurately. Small differences in colour or finish can happen because of screens and lighting. Sizes are approximate, as stated on each product page. Some products (like the ear muffs) are designed for kids, so please check the size before ordering.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery is free unless stated otherwise. If a price is clearly listed wrong because of a technical error, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders & payment
Orders are placed through our checkout, which currently completes on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we confirm it with you. We offer Cash on Delivery; online payment through a regulated payment gateway will be added soon. We may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent or that we can't deliver, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Safe use
Please follow the usage notes on each product page, for example using only warm (not boiling) water in the hot water bag, adult supervision for kids, and handling glass or crystal items gently. Our products are decorative and lifestyle items, not medical devices.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Intellectual property
The Marsmello name, logo, copy and site design belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Samastipur, Bihar will have jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach the consumer commissions.
